- We offer ready-made products – travel plans to be purchased in the online store and an individual travel plan that is a set of recommendations based on our experience. The products prepared by us are intended only and exclusively for you – you cannot borrow, sell or share them in any other form.
- We can accompany you online when buying your flight tickets (in case we agree).
- We are not a travel agency, therefore our offer does not include:
- Making payments for flights/other transport and booking them.
- Making payments for accommodation and booking them.
- Travel advice and assistance (except where we agree otherwise).
- Guarantee of the price of accommodation, transport and other services and products. Our recommendations are intended to help you estimate your travel costs as accurately as possible. We make every effort to ensure that they are accurate, but they are indicative and may change (e.g. depending on the current market situation).
- Definitions used when Travelmasters performs the service:
- ORDERING PARTY – a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to whom specific provisions grant legal capacity, who places an Order for the Travelmasters service;
- CONSUMER – a person within the meaning of the Act on consumer rights;
- TRAVELMASTERS PLATFORM – website www.travelmasters.pl/en;
- USER – a person using Travelmasters platform products;
- REALIZATION OF THE SERVICE – sending by electronic means all materials, for the preparation of which the parties agreed and the purchase of finished products;
- SALES AGREEMENT – a contract for the sale of a service / product via the Travelmasters platform concluded between Travelmasters Joanna Kusiak and the user or ordering party;
- PAYMENT SYSTEM – payment transfer service for services provided via the platform and for purchased products;
- CONSULTATION – it is possible by e-mail, via messengers and by phone during the work; by phone: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00. The Contractor reserves the right to make telephone contact unavailable due to the lack of access to the telecommunications network.
- Travelmasters proceeds to perform the service after paying for the package. The order processing time is counted from the moment of obtaining positive payment authorization.
- The customer can use the following payment methods:

The entity providing online payment services in the field of card payments is Blue Media S.A.
- The right to withdraw from an off-premises or distance contract is not granted to a consumer who commissioned Travelmasters to prepare an individual travel plan due to the fact that it is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs (Article 38 of the consumer).
- The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply in the case of delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium.
- a. In the case of ready-made plans, the Sales Agreement covers previously prepared digital content.
b. The seller is obliged to provide the customer with an item free from defects.
c. In the event of a defect in the content purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the provisions on warranty in the Civil Code.
d. Complaints should be submitted in writing or electronically to the Seller’s addresses provided in these Regulations.
e. It is recommended that the complaint include, among others: a concise description of the defect, circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, details of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer’s request in connection with the defect of the goods.
f. The Seller will respond to the complaint request immediately, not later than within 14 days, and if it does not do so within this period, it is considered that the Customer’s request was justified.
g. If it is necessary to return funds for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will refund the funds to the bank account assigned to the payment card of the Ordering Party. - Protection of personal data – personal data will only be used to bill for services. Under no circumstances will they be made available to third parties. All personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). More information in the Privacy Policy.
- Final Provisions:
- We reserve the right to change the regulations without prior notice to customers.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to read these terms and conditions and check for any changes.
- By accessing the Travelmasters website, you automatically accept these terms and conditions.
